The Centre of Civil and Commercial Mediation
The Centre of Civil and Commercial Mediation (CMCC) a.s.b.l. is an institution, which was created on 13th March 2003, renamed, and restructured on 24th February 2012.
Its members are the Luxembourg Bar, the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Crafts, and the Medical Chamber.
This non-profit association has the following objectives:
- to establish the mediation process
- to promote the tool of mediation as technique for prevention and respectively as a more effective means of conflict resolution for citizens and companies as well as
- to train at this technique and at the mediation process to ensure a high level of professionalism.
The association addresses enterprises as well as private persons within the scope of civil, commercial, or social conflicts.
